As you walk into Treyarch's Studio in Santa Monica, California, the first thing you notice is the huge glass with the company logo imprinted on to it. Right then you realize that you have just walked into one of the industries top notch game developers and are about to witness something special.

Walking down the hall way you see multiple posters of games such as QoS, SpiderMan, Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty: World at War- which is what we are here to see.

You also take notice on both walls countless awards stating Treyarch accomplishments throughout the years. Like this one that states Call of Duty: World at War has sold 8 million copies in just 8 weeks.

Or this one from gry-online, Best Multi-Player of 2008.

After taking care of some paper work it is now time to head into the theater room where there was 16 dev kit xbox 360 on LAN ready for some Map Pac 3 action. But before we even had a chance to sit and test these bad boys out. Treyarch had a treat for us. "Hot Off the Press", the new Der Riese Trailer which was amazing.

And now to the bread and butter, Map Pack 3.

Battery, from the video and still we were shown in the past week or so, I was thinking that this would become a small linear map. But it is far from that! There are so many walk ways to go to and fro, other walk ways that allow you to go down to another level and make your way around undetected. Throughout this area is were betties are your friend to keep the enemy from surprising you from behind. We played CTF and Search and Destroy on this map and I have to say that that CTF plays extremely well here.

Revolution, LOVED IT! This map is just awesome and again has so many ways in, out, up, down that you really need eyes on the back of your head to survive. Revolution is a well rounded map as far as gun types to use. If you want to snipe, plenty of open windows to gun down those running through the streets or on top of the roof. IF SMG's are your thing, you will not be disappointed. Plenty of indoor and out door areas to full fill that need to unload on an unaware soldier you find around those pesky corners.

Breach, this map is easy to distinguish set in the very hectic streets of Berlin near the Historic Brandenburg Gate. A big dried up fountain also make for good cover and a bit higher ground but be carefull because you are left wide open. Breach like the other two maps allow you venture to higher areas of the map. For instance you have building that allow you to go onto the second floors to shoot down on your enemy trying to get your flag. We had a chance to play War on this map and i will tell you it plays magnificent and at the same time challenging specially the middle flag. A small tip is to remember to look up, plenty of areas to get too up there.

And now to Der Riese. In the short time we were able to play Der Riese, it quickly became my favorite Zombie map of all. You start of right in front of the Pack-A-Punch upgrade machine which is on a platform right in the center of the map. There are 4 window in this area that you need to keep boarding up so the zombies wont come in. On the left side of the platform you find your first gun, the Gewehr and I was able to stay in this area up til round four. By then I had plenty of points to open up a few other doors which allowed me to find the power switch. Once you make it to the switch, turn on the power and the bridge comes down which allows you to get to another side where you have the first perk-a-cola machine. The switch also turns on the teleporters. There are multiple teleporters that once activated can get you out of a jam quick and they also allow easy travel from one point to another.

Over all the Zombies look and move great and the Hell Hounds get an attitude adjustment as well. They no longer just shoot out at you when they spawn. These hounds actually walk around, growling and looking for you. Once they spot you, you see their eyes turn Red and like they say "it is on". I don't want to spoil the fun for you as how to unlock the pack-a-punch so i will leave you guys to figure that out on your own. Another neat thing that Treyarch did was change the names of the guns while they are upgraded in the PaP so keep an eye out for the name and see what you can find.

Overall this map pack will also be a great addition to an all ready great game. Call of Duty:WAW Map Pack3 will be out on the 6th.
