Ironman 2 makes its debut at Comic-Con 2009 in San Diego, California. Located at the Marvel booth, it had a 15 minute demo showing off a stage of the game lead by Kyle, the Creative Director from SEGA Studios San Francisco.

The game has an all-new story and is not tied to the up and coming movie. There are diverse play spaces and enemies, and great controls that let you fly indoors or outdoors.

Kyle said that as producers and developers, it’s a lot easier when not tied to the movie storyline. They are freed up to do whatever they want. Lots of people did not like that in the last game you only had outside play and no indoor areas so in this game that is what has been added.

Crimson Dynamo, which lots of people wished that had made it to the first installment has now been added to the game.
